Shangyu Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd is the core enterprise of Zhejiang Lianfeng Group Co., Ltd and is an enterprise reformed on Sep 2005 from original Shangyu Air Conditioning Equipment Factory that was setup in July 1995 based on modern enterprise system requirement. The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales and service of central air conditioning end series products. The company has reached the production capacity of 50,000 sets of air conditioners per year and is the one of the largest modern air conditioning production enterprise in China. The company is a member from China Cooling Industry Association and has been entitled as Honesty & Credibility enterprise in Shaoxing in 2005; The products from the company has been rewarded as recommended products by China Consumer Association, the fourth recommended products by China Cooling Industry Association, Recommended products by China Quality Inspection Association and recommended products of energy saving in initial project construction by Zhejiang Province.

The company has pursued the operation philosophy of “advanced equipment is an important factor for assuring quality. When the company was setup and was expanding, the company has also worked hard to introduce international advanced production equipment and test equipment. The enterprise has introduced advanced machines such as large scale numerical controller tower press from STRIPPIT in US in 1995,full automatic plate cutting, folding equipment from LVD in Belgium and full automatic heat exchanging production line from Tridan Company in US etc which improved the process capability and levels tremendously. The production process and production capability is in the leading position in China in the industry.

The company has introduced full programmable data collection treatment system from US, Germany, Denmark, Japan in 1997 and inspection gauges such as digital sound level instrument, vibration tester, compensation micromanometer and has also invested to build comprehensive test center. Performance test in every respect can be done in this center and this center is one of the inspection centers with large scale and outstanding performance in China.

In order to improve process capability and quality level, the company has introduced full set of equipment for polyurethane high pressure foaming production. At the same year the company has designed and made heat exchanging air impermeability test center. In 2004 the air conditioner terminal test room built by our company with design from China Air Conditioner Research lab is approved by relevant department after verification. Our company can do all performance test for air conditioner terminal on our own.

The company has laid high attention to the introduction of technical and management people. The enterprise has total 146 employees which 49 employees have high and medium level titles. The company has emphasized the cooperation with college, university and research lab. The company has combined as research production unit with high institutes such as  Shanghai Communication University, Zhejiang University, 704 research lab and research lab and set up central air conditioning research center, Lianfeng-Communicatoin University research lab to work together for the research and development of central conditioning equipment with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.

The products are designed or design is supervised by Shanghai Communication University to make sure the design is advanced and reasonable.

After many years development, the company now has products with seven category and more than 200 specifications such as complex air conditioner unit, air conditioner unit with variable air volume, wind blower coil pipe unit, new ventilating machine, ventilating products and refrigerating and warming parts.

As far as the industry application is concerned, the company has win the bid in important pwoer projects such as Inner Mongolia Datang TukeTu Power plant, Zhejiang Lanxi Power plant, Zhejiang Datang Wushashan Power plant, Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power plant, Zhejiang Taizhou Power plant, Zhejiang Zhene Leqing Power plant and other big industrial projects such as Luoyan Petrochemical Factory, Shandong Youtai Stock Co., Ltd, Jieling Huawei Electronics Stock Co., Ltd, Hanbo(China) Co., ltd. As far as the business application, the company has obtained supply contract for air conditioning equipment such as Hualong Gym Center, Hunan Zhuzhou Tonluowan Commercial Square,Ningbo International Car Town,Hangzhou Buidling Co., Ltd. The products are also exported to more than 26 countries and areas such as Sudan,Sri lanka,Vietnan, Tailand, Iran and Iraq.
